How the Audit Works

No big time commitment, and no handing over your bank logins.

The audit runs on read-only access to your systems and about three hours of interviews across your team, spread over 30 days. You keep running your business. We do the digging.

It starts with a conversation, not a contract. If your operations are already tight and nothing is falling through the cracks, we'll tell you that and save you the fee.

But most growing companies are losing money in places nobody is watching. Systems that never talk to each other. Accounts nobody owns. Decisions that pile up on the founder's desk. Processes that live in someone's head instead of anywhere you could hand to a new hire.

Every one of those has a cost. Almost nobody has ever put a number on them.

That's the job. In 30 days you'll know exactly where the money is going, which accounts are about to churn, and what your operations are costing you, each finding sized in dollars.

What You Walk Away With

By the end of 30 days, you don't get a slide deck of recommendations. You get findings, sized in dollars, and a clear path to what comes next:

  • Every dollar leaking between systems nobody owns, found and sized

  • A ranked list of the accounts about to churn, and the reason why

  • Every decision that dead-ends at your desk, mapped

  • The processes living in people's heads instead of documented anywhere

  • A roadmap of what to fix first, ordered by what it's costing you

Hello, I’m Tyler Nelson

I'm an operator, not an advisor. I've been the person inside the building when the numbers didn't add up, and the founder everything routed through in my own company.

At a PropTech SaaS I inherited 16% monthly churn and a company losing customers faster than it could replace them. I cut churn to under 1% while revenue scaled from under $600K to over $3M, cut onboarding time in half, and built the customer success, support, and operations teams that kept it running. In my first 30 days there I found $60K a month leaking between three systems that each worked fine. Nobody's job description included the seam between them, so nobody was looking.

At a 40+ branch national enterprise I built an AI and machine learning system that automated recruiting and hiring. Hiring throughput doubled from 1,500 to 3,000 per week while the company added only two recruiters nationally.

After that I built my own company from zero to 90+ doors and sold it in 10 months. Being the bottleneck in my own business is how I learned what it actually takes to get out of the middle.

That's the job I do now. I find what your operations are costing you, put a dollar figure on it, then build the machine that runs without you in the room.
